Franck Dixmier, Global Head of Fixed Income at Allianz Global Investors, shares his views about the upcoming fixed income trends. While the US Federal Reserve will at last begin to hike rates, the European Central Bank has marked out the opposite path in stepping up its quantitative easing policy. Given the mixed outlook for performance next year, active management makes sense now, more than ever.
